align the project with the ultimate objectives to enable stakeholders to stick to the goal. Again,
majoring on prioritization of the project activities to maintain order and enhance unity.

Communication of challenges would get done promptly in an honest manner to receive helpful
feedback in propelling and sustaining the project.

Implications for practice and future research

Health care providers in their settings of work have an obligate responsibility for bridging
gaps in the community. Ultimately, they ought to go beyond the scope of practice and engage in
preventive measures that would positively influence positive behaviors among adolescents in
society. A deeper understanding of the potential risks and predisposing factors that undermine
the health of individuals or cost their lives should remain the priority. Further, according to
Lewallen, Hunt, Potts‐Datema, Zaza & Giles (2015), integrated services in the community
settings ranging from support and community based educative programs go a long way in
creating health awareness on malpractice among individuals to compromise their well-being. As
a result, I would recommend that collaborative measures with stakeholders in the community,
those in the health care system and the community members have a critical role in preventing
adverse health outcomes in societies.
