Practicum Project Evaluation Report

Practicum Project Evaluation Report

Developing A Healthcare Providers Professional Guidelines For People With Developmental Disabilities
In this assignment, you will complete the final phase of your project’s lifecycle. The Project Final Report is your evaluation of the effectiveness of your project. You will need to include a full summary of tasks completed and the outcomes of those tasks. You will evaluate those outcomes to determine whether your intervention was successful and identify areas and ways for improvement. This is the main assignment of the course. And as stated in Project Management for the Advanced Practice Nurse, the report should be written for someone who is unfamiliar with the project. Sipes (2015) stated, “They should be able to read the report and know the “who” involved and at what level, what was done, and why the project was needed” (p. 135).
