Social stratification alludes to a system by which a society positions classes of individuals in a hierarchy. These distinctions are what prompted social stratification. Social stratification has had a huge impact in my life. It has helped me in working easily in the society. Furthermore, Social Stratification has likewise me in getting particular treatment among my associates. In Kalmijn and Kraaykamp (2007), Davis-Moore expresses that social stratification has gainful results for the operation of society. Moore contends that the most difficult occupations in any society are the most essential and require better remuneration to adequately propel people to fill them.
I trust my life would be distinctive your life in the event that I lived in a caste-system instead of a class-system. There would be stability in my life. The caste system advances happiness and the stability of society. However, the caste system would have prompted rigidity in my career life.
