Defining Data Measures
my project is P-In new nursing graduates- I-how does the use of emotional support lifting spirits, assurance ,creating a sense of security to every new nurse and doing briefing and debriefing in every shift – C compared to the current orientation-O- help with graduates thoughts about staying in the facility (retention)- T- over a 9 week period?
I interview new graduates that are orienting now in new floors ans we start offering them more emotional support, discussing every assignment, teach them priorities, lifting the good things. they feel the different and more support than before this new methods. I interviewed 10 nurses.
