Response to qualitative study claim

The claim that qualitative research is not real science is valid. This study has no validity because it is based on views or responses to open-ended questions of which participants might misinterpret questions. Also, the data is extensive, detailed, and hard to manage. It lacks reliability; there is no consistency in getting the same findings at all time with the similar process. The qualitative study uses a small number of participants; therefore, the results do not qualify to apply to a large population scientifically. It is also rarely published due to errors and incorrectly written reports in it. Qualitative research is not based on standards, and it builds more around personal experiences and views (Packer, 2017).
