(( What is a Competency Assessment Supplement (CAS)?
This is a document that you write to us. You should include examples from your own nursing practice and education that shows us how you used each of the competencies listed in the enclosed report.

Your CAS must be typed.

RPN COMPETENCY GAPS.
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY.
ASSESSMENT (Knowledge).
