Quality improvement plan
1. Identify a clinical or administrative process in your workplace that has opportunities for improvement.
2). Explain what the problem is then,
3) Use a quality model such as FADE, PDSA, or other to frame the steps you will take to solve the problem (must be an evidence-based solution, ie: find literature or research to support your solution)

4) What are the outcomes? Explain the outcome evaluation and measurement. Identify a tool or benchmark you can use to measure your outcomes (NDNQI, HCAPS, etc)
5) what impact it will have
6) References: your texts and additional posted instructional resources, one evidence-based research article (minimum)
