Instructed to use the following 7 steps in the schematic format. 1) formulate a clinical problem, use PICOT. 2) Determine organizational commitment 3) Develop a team to gather and appraise evidence 4) Determine if reasonable evidence exits to implement the clinical change 5) Implement a pilot change to test the feasibility 6) Evaluate the change/plan.
Map should fit on one page. On a separate pg explain rational/process of each step (briefly), references on a separate pg and you don\’t need a title pg.
Information to know about my line of work is that I\’m an aesthetics RN in Dermatology. We do a lot of cosmetic procedures and the need to do before and after picture is really import to minimize retreating patients because they don\’t remember what they looked like. Unfortunately, we\’ve had a lot of staff turn-over so we have not been able to implement the process of taking pictures, but we now have an amazing staff and upgraded our photo gear and recently purchased a new Visia machine. Implementing this in our treatment protocol will help save money by not having to do unnecessary treatments and move forward for doing treatments that are needed.
