I am comfortable with the basics of data analysis, such as summary statistics and basic graphing. I am also pleased with more advanced methods, such as linear regression, ANOVA, and other more complex tests. However, I still have much to learn to become an expert in statistics and research (McCloskey & Mooers, 2016).

Lessons learned while conducting an evidence-based literature review
Conducting a literature review was an invaluable experience. Searching for and evaluating scientific evidence from multiple sources enabled me to understand a particular topic more deeply. It also taught me the importance of synthesizing and interpreting evidence to make meaningful conclusions.
I learned that developing a straightforward, focused research question is essential in conducting a literature review. This question should be specific enough to guide the search process but broad enough to capture relevant evidence. Moreover, I learned that comprehensive literature reviews require a lot of time and dedication.
Overall, this experience has taught me the importance of evidence-based decision-making and the value of systematic literature reviews. It has also enabled me to develop and refine my research and critical thinking skills.
Asking compelling, clinical questions
Finally, asking compelling clinical questions is essential for any healthcare professional. By asking the right questions, healthcare providers can better understand patients’ health, needs, and concerns.
