A meeting was held in the Lutheran medical center, a community- based health facility in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. In the hospital, quality of care given by healthcare providers is highly esteemed. The mission of the hospital is centered on providing patient-centered and evidence-based care ensuring patient satisfactory ( Ignatavicius & Workman, 2015). Through the frequent reports that were given by the Department of Health Care Quality in the facility, it was found out that the level of quality of care was decreasing gradually over time. The agenda of the meeting was in line with the complaints that were often received from the caregivers in various departments to the hospital administration through their departmental heads concerning the increased work overload (Graban, 2016).
